- Medical Issues (such as hepatitis C, adherence issues)
- Nutrition Matters - People with HIV/AIDS frequently develop conditions such as diabetes, high cholesterol and lipodystrophy, renal and liver problems that require a special diet. These sessions, taught by registered dietician from MANNA, help participants understand the importance of good nutrition and learn what foods to eat to manage the side effects of treatment and the disease.
- Living with HIV (Disclosure, Body Image, Relationships, Work, etc.)
- Complementary Therapies - Informative sessions that describe how such modalities as reiki, yoga, tai chi, meditation, aromatherapy, reflexology, etc., can benefit people affected by HIV.
